Thank you for shopping at CANYSON. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website. We ship worldwide and strive to deliver your watch straps as quickly and reliably as possible.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will be notified of any significant delays.
Orders placed after [e.g., 2:00 PM UTC+8] will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or remote delivery areas.
- Standard Shipping (Estimated):15 - 30 days
- Express Shipping (Estimated):5 - 15 days
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
- Except for certain countries, choosing standard shipping can exempt the shipping fee.
- Express shipping is available at an additional cost, calculated by weight and destination.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:
- A tracking number
- A link to the carrier’s tracking portal
Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving the tracking email for the tracking status to update.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Important: CANYSON is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are solely the responsibility of the customer.
Customs policies vary widely by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
In rare cases, customs may delay delivery. CANYSON cannot control or predict such delays.
6. Shipping Address & Undeliverable Packages
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please double-check your address at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, or because it was unclaimed at the local post office, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be charged for the re‑shipping cost.
If you refuse delivery of a package without prior communication with us, we reserve the right to deduct original shipping fees and any return shipping costs from your refund.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once CANYSON has handed your package to the carrier, we are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier. However, we are committed to helping you resolve such issues.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please:
- Check with neighbors, family members, or your building’s reception.
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- Contact us within 10 days of the marked delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Please note that investigations may take up to 15 business days.
8. Shipping Insurance
We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout for high‑value orders. Insurance covers loss or damage during transit. If you decline insurance, you assume full responsibility for any shipping‑related loss.
9. Multiple Shipments (Split Orders)
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately to expedite delivery. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. No additional shipping charges will apply.
10. Changes to This Shipping Policy
CANYSON reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when the policy was last revised.
