Return Policy
At CANYSON, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your watch strap, you may request a return for a refund, subject to the conditions below. Please note that exchanges are handled separately under our Shipping & Exchange Policy.
1. Return Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (no scratches, bends, or signs of wear).
All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
Custom-made or personalized straps are not eligible for return unless defective.
Items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned.

3. How to Request a Return
Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and the return shipping address.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
After we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 5–7 business days), we will process your refund.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
The product price will be refunded in full. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost we incurred may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect strap, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or replacement – no return shipping fee for you.
6. International Returns
For returns from outside China, please clearly mark “RETURNED GOODS” on the outside of the package and ensure all customs documentation is accurate. CANYSON is not responsible for any customs fees or delays on return shipments.
